CAPABILITIES

Processing & integration

CNC tube bending with one or two parts processed per cycle, with related processes evaluated using samples, drawings and your OEM requirements.

01

PRIMARY PROCESS

CNC tube bending / One or two parts per cycle

We provide CNC tube bending, processing one or two parts per cycle. We review bending paths, clearance requirements and production sequences against your technical drawings.

Review: geometry, dimensions, tolerances and mating requirements

02

TUBE PROCESSING

Tube cutting / Punching / Stamping

Evaluate tube cutting, punching and stamping based on tube dimensions, hole locations and forming requirements.

Review: cut length, hole locations and forming conditions

03

RELATED OPERATIONS

Chamfering / Grooving / End forming

Plan chamfering, grooving and end processing around part use and mating dimensions, coordinating with assembly and subsequent operations.

Review: feature locations, end geometry and mating dimensions

04

DOWNSTREAM INTEGRATION

Welding / Surface treatment / Packaging

Integrate welding, surface treatment and packaging as required, confirming processing conditions and delivery requirements through external collaboration.

Review: process coordination, finish requirements and packaging

EXTERNAL COLLABORATION

External collaboration,
coordinated per project.

The following services are coordinated through manufacturing partners. Process sequences, specifications and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each project alongside our core processing work.

  • Raw tube processing
  • Welding
  • Surface treatment
  • Assembly
  • Packaging

PROJECT PROCESS

Contract manufacturing process

01

Define requirements

Share samples, drawings or other available information, together with the application and processing needs. Unconfirmed requirements can be discussed during consultation.

02

Evaluate processes

Review dimensions, tolerances, clearance requirements and process sequence to determine the scope of work.

03

Confirm terms

Discuss pricing, lead times and acceptance requirements. Reconfirm terms when requirements change.

04

Production & delivery

Arrange production and delivery under the agreed project terms.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can I inquire without a complete technical drawing?

Yes. Samples, drawings or other information that helps explain your requirements can serve as a starting point. Tell us the intended use and processing needs, and we can identify any additional information during the discussion.

Do you accept prototypes, small batches or production orders?

Prototyping, quantities and production arrangements are evaluated case by case. Please share your requirements so we can discuss a suitable approach and confirm the terms.

How are pricing, lead times and related costs determined?

Pricing and lead times are assessed after discussing the processing requirements. Any applicable prototyping, tooling or fixture costs are also confirmed during the consultation.

How are materials and size ranges confirmed?

We review samples, drawings or available information to discuss materials, dimensions, fit requirements and processing needs, then assess suitable methods and the scope of work.

Can discussions start at the design stage?

Yes. Describe the intended use, proposed structure and available information to discuss process planning through to finished parts.
